Worried your computer's been compromised, or someone's tried to scam you? I'll check it over, clean it up, and tell you straight what happened.
If something doesn't feel right with your computer — odd pop-ups, strange messages, slow behaviour, a phone call from 'Microsoft', a fake email that asked for money — please don't ignore it, and please don't pay anyone.
Call me first. I'll come and have a proper look: clean off anything that shouldn't be there, change passwords that may have been seen, check your bank and email accounts haven't been touched, and lock things down so it doesn't happen again. If real harm has been done, I'll help you report it to the right people.
I'll also explain, in plain English, what happened and what to watch out for next time. Scams are getting cleverer, and falling for one doesn't make you daft — it makes you human. The important thing is acting on it quickly.
If you think something's wrong right now, just call — I'll talk you through what to do in the meantime.
