Smart devices have a knack for working perfectly for months and then quietly going wrong. A bulb that won't respond, a camera that keeps going offline, a routine that used to work and now doesn't — these are some of the most common things I'm called out for.
I'll work through it methodically: checking the device itself, your Wi-Fi, your router, the relevant app and account, and any updates that might be causing trouble. Most of the time, the fix is something small once you know where to look. Sometimes it's a wider issue with your network, and I can sort that out as well.
