One-to-One Training

Most phone training assumes you already know how phones work. Ours doesn't.
We sit down with you, with your own device, and start wherever you are. That might be the basics — making and ending calls, sending a text, taking a photo, answering a video call from a grandchild — or something more specific, like setting up WhatsApp properly, doing online banking without worrying, sending money to someone safely, or learning to use the NHS app.
We go at your pace. We write down whatever helps. We don't move on until you're comfortable. And we don't make you feel daft for asking — there's no such thing as a daft question with technology that was designed to be confusing.
Most sessions are an hour or two. Some people prefer a few shorter visits spaced a week or two apart, which gives you time to practise between visits.
